Privacy Policy for Cookimals

Last updated: July 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Kemet Entertainment (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you play Cookimals (the “App” or the “Service”). By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

Cookimals is published on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store by Kemet Entertainment. On some platforms the App may also be referred to by its internal title “Undercooked”; both names refer to the same game published by Kemet Entertainment.

Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account with your name or email to play. However, the App and the third-party services it uses collect certain information automatically:

CategoryExamplesWhy
Device & usage data Device model, operating system version, language, region, IP address, in-game events, session length, crash and diagnostic logs To run the game, fix bugs, and understand how the App is used
Identifiers Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA), device identifiers, and an anonymous player ID Advertising, analytics, attribution, and saving your game progress
Game progress Your level, currency, unlocked content, and saved-game state To save your progress and sync it across your devices

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect your real name, email address, phone number, or precise location.

How Your Progress Is Saved

If your device is signed in to Google Play Games (Android) or Apple Game Center (iOS), we use that account to create an anonymous player identifier so your progress can be saved to the cloud (via Unity Gaming Services) and restored if you reinstall the App or switch devices. We receive an identifier only — not your Google or Apple account password or personal profile details.

Advertising and Analytics (Third-Party Services)

The App uses third-party SDKs that may collect and process information (including your advertising ID and device/usage data) as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. These include:

Advertising ID. Ads may be personalized based on your advertising ID where you have consented. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). On iOS we ask for your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking.
